Influencer Marketing Specialist

In our marketing department we are seeking for this newly open role - Influencer Specialist. On this position you will be the brains behind our influencer campaigns, making sure we reach the right people with the right message. Ready to make an impact?

What to expect in the position:

• Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Fostering strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Overseeing the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization.
• Providing regular performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Monitoring social media to identify emerging influencers and trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. No degree? No problem. Show us your skills through past projects!
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• English B2 with willigness to get C1 + Czech C1.
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms like Traackr, Modash is a plus
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
